La cronologia de Macross Parte 1

"hoy presentamos MACROSS ZERO"

Ya han pasado 25 años desde que salio Macross (recuerdo que tenia como 8 años cuando lo vi en canal 5 y creo que esta serie es la responsable que no sea fan de los caballeros del zodiaco), en aquel tiempo era mejor conocida como ROBOTECH un bodrio de pegamento y tijeritas que hizo Harmony Gold pegando 3 series para que llegara a elevarse la cantidad de capitulos a mas 85 ya que los 36 capitulos del macross original no eran suficientes para los estandares de las televisoras gringas de aquel entonces (que solo permitian transmitir series de mas de 85 caps o algo asi), apesar de eso aqui en mexico pudimos disfrutar la serie original con dialogos y lagunas de contenido. (ya que las otras 2 tomaron como base la historia de macross)

Bien lo que hoy nos concierne es la cronologia en si desde la precuela al macross original llamada "Macross Zero" hasta la actual "Macross Frontier".

Comenzemos

MACROSS ZERO

...Era un dia de patrullaje normal sobre la isla mayan Edgar y yo haciamos las cosas de rutina, cuando de pronto en medio vuelo algo nos derribo solo vi su silueta !!ERA UNA PERSONA GIGANTESCA VOLANDO¡¡.

asi comienza macross zero con nuestro portagonista Shin Kudo y su compañero siendo derribados por el entonces desconocido SV-51 pilotado por Nora Polyansky (aunque nunca se dice su nacionalidad asumo que es rusa).

Macross zero la precuela a macross esta situada 9 años despues de la caida de la nave que seria luego bautizada como SDF-1 y un año antes de que comenzara la guerra contra los Zentraedi.

Todo se centra sobre Shin Kudo, sobre todo lo que vivio en una isla conocida como Mayan, situada en medio del pacífico, donde se encuentra oculto material alienígena.

Shin es protegido (aunque despues hasta intenta asesinarlo) por Sara la chaman de la isla, mujer enigmatica y seria , quien conoce todos los secretos, misterios y leyendas sobre los Kadun ("hombres Pájaro").

La pelea entre las fuerzas de las Naciones Unidas y la Anti-Naciones Unidas se desata por la obtención del Hombre pajaro, un Pedazo de tecnologia alienígena, por lo que ambos mandan sus respectivas flotas a buscarla en la isla y develar el secreto que guarda la misma.

Personajes Principales.

Shin Kudo

Es de la segunda generación de japonés-americanos y perdió a sus padres en la Guerra de las Naciones Unidas, Se hizo piloto de la Armada de los E.U antes de entrar en las Fuerzas de los U.N. es derribado sobre la isla Mayan, y ahi conoce a Sara Nome y su hermana Mao.
Aunque joven, brusco y chaparro, es orgulloso, frio y saberbio cuando se va a patear traseros. solo a conocido la guerra durante su vida.

Sara Nome

Es una chaman debido a que su familia sigue esa tradiccion, eso lo permite estar en contacto cercano con la naturaleza, ella es una persona que puede escuchar la cancion de la tierra, una canción que, con el paso del tiempo, se ha convertido en un llanto.

Sara se opone a lo moderno en la isla debido a su cultura.

ella es la encargada de proteger el mayor legado de la isla, una leyenda milenaria en la isla que se ve amenazada por la crueldad de la guerra.

Su resentimiento por la guerra se extiende incluso a los combatientes como Shin Kudo.

Mao Nome

La hermana pequeña de sara al contrario de ella es alegre e irreverente, no tiene las creencias de su hermana, ya que considera que la gente de la isla debe tener tecnologia para sobrevivir.

Al igual que sus ancestros, puede percibir las señales de la naturaleza, solo que en menor escala.

No duda en mostrar su interés por Shin, quien le muestra "el mundo exterior" y le dará el valor necesario para la batalla que esta por venir.

Edgar LaSalle

Amigo y copiloto de Shin, tiene mas vidas que un gato.
Al contrario de Shin, es alegre y vivaracho y lo ayuda siempre que puede.

Aries Turner

Investigadora de la U.N. asignada al Asuka II.
su ramo son los estudios evolutivos biologicos y extraterrestres.
sufre de baja presion y estados animicos depresivos, da seminarios sobre la investigacion de la protocultura, conoce a Roy Focker de tiempo atras.

Roy Focker

Maestro de maestros voló por primera vez como piloto en el circo aéreo del padre de Hikaru Ichijo, hasta que se convirtio en piloto militar, fue discípulo de D.D Ivanov,Después del fin de la guerra, se involucró en el desarrollo del proyecto VF-X-1,comando la primera unidad de VF de la U.N.Spacy, esto le valio el mando del escuadron Skull abordo del VF-1S.

D.D. Ivanov

Piloto del SV-51 junto con su compañera Nora Polyansky. ha estado luchando por el mundo incluso antes de la guerra. a peleaso con Roy Focker muchas veces.
Al comienzo era el piloto de preubas del VF, y desertó a la Alianza Anti-Naciones Unidas pirateandose los datos de desarrollo del VF-X-1.

Nora Polyansky

Piloto del SV-51 para la Alianza Anti-Naciones Unidas. Vuela como compañera de D.D. Ivanov. Es conocida por sus oponentes por ser silenciosa, tenaz, fría y cruel. odia a la U.N. y la culpa de la muerte de sus padres, de haber sido violada y tambien de la cicatriz en su pecho.

Dr. Hasford

Un científico que defendió la "Hipótesis de la Interferencia de la Protocultura" la cual dice que una antigua civilización extraterrestre ejerció una influencia en la evolución de vida de la Tierra y en los humanos.

Llega a la isla Mayan en el pasado para demostrar esta idea, y no tuvo escrúpulos en herir a otras personas en su busca.

Es mentor de Aries Turner y principal influencia de su actual investigacion en la isla mayan.

Variable Fighters (Valkyries)

A lo largo de los 5 capitulos que componen Macross Zero veremos una serie de maquinas por demas fantasticas que acontinuacion describo.

VF-X

la primera version del Valkyrie, no tenia modos de transformacion, solo un motor de reaccion mejorado ( esta no se ve en la serie solo se hace menciona a ella )

VF-0 (VF-X-1)

El caza de combate en version preliminar es pilotado por Roy Focker Tiene 3 modos de transformacion Fighter, Gerwalk y Battroid.

Fighter: Es el modo de caza normal parecido a un F-14 Tomcat (modelo base en el cual se inspiro Shoji Kawamori para la serie macross original), tiene motores a reaccion mejorados y un monton de armas, ya sean misilies o ametralladoras.

Gerwalk (Ground Effective Reinforcement of Winged Armament with Locomotive Knee-joint) (Refuerzo eficaz de tierra con armamento en alas con Rodilla-empalme locomotor): el modo de asalto terrestre (aunque tambien puede volar) tiene brazos y piernas y continua mostrando media parte de avion caza, puede empuñar la Gunpod (algo asi como una ametralladora gigante especial para los VFs) que trae originalmente debajo de si en modo fighter, sostener objetos o presonas con sus manos.

Battroid:Este modo lo convierte en un peleador casi exclusivamente terrestre (aunque sigue con la habilidad de volar) ya empuña la gunpod como un rifle de asalto ademas que esta cargado de algunos misilies y ametralladoras en las antenas de su cabeza, el conpartimiento de la cabina del piloto se sella completamente y gracias a una serie de camaras provistas en su cuerpo da imagen perfecta de la situacion exterior.

Este modelo fue casi destruido por Roy en una batalla contra Ivanov y es el modelo definitivo de VFs todos los demas VFs tiene estos modos y solo pequeños cambios.

VF-1 y VF-1S

la version mejorada del VF-0 solo que con un mejor motor de reaccion y algunas mas armas la version 1S es la que usa Roy Lider del Skull One.

Esta version puede soportar una version antigua del ARMOR PACK o llama aqui armadura reactiva (una serie de placas pre formadas y provistas a modo de armadura sobre el VF para resistir disparos poderosos ademas cuenta con una dotacion masiva de misiles pequeños por todo su cuerpo (mas de 200) para multiples blancos, es el primero diseñado para batalla espacial pudiendo cerrar todos sus conductos y dar soporte al piloto.

SV-51

La version pirata del VF hecho con los datos de desarrollo robados por Ivanov, tiene los mismos modos que el VF-1 ademas de un motor a reaccion mas potente.
Desgraciadamente este es su punto mas debil ya que ocasiona que el combustible se acabe mas rapido haciendo que tengan que huir del lugar.

una de las principales diferencias con los VFs es que pareciera que sus alas no son del todo rigidas en los modos Gerwalk y Battloid (en este ultimo no llegan ni a plegarse) haciendo que parezcan como alas de pajaro.

Comentarios Finales

En definitiva Macross Zero es una precuela que explica un poco mas de lo acontecido en el Macross Original y tambien nos deja con otras incognitas.

Fue lanzada en forma de Ovas entre el 2002 y 2004 y es una serie que toma la tecnica de animacion sobre CGI que usara en el 94 Macross Plus.

en el siguiente capitulo Super Dimensional Fortress Macross o Como una cancion puede salvar la galaxia.
